What should we wear?

We’re calling it Cocktail / Semi-Formal with a Country Twist! Think dressed up, but with a dash of rustic charm.

We’d love to see y’all dressed to the nines

Ladies —cocktail dresses, maxi dresses with a little country flair!

💃 Boots are totally welcome (especially if you're dancing!)

💡 Just remember: We’ll be on grass, so pick shoes that won’t sink—wedges, block heels, boots, or flats are perfect.

Gentlemen - We’re keeping it cowboy classy.

Throw on a suit jacket, tie, your best jeans, boots, and of course—your cowboy hat.

Yes, you’ll look like a million bucks.

Can I bring a plus one?

Due to limited space at our venue, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on the invitation.

If your invitation didn’t include a plus one, we’re unfortunately unable to offer additional spots.

We truly wish we could celebrate with everyone and hope you understand. Your presence means the world to us!

Where should we park?

If you're driving yourself, there is plenty of space for parking at the venue. Please drive responsibly.

If you're staying in town and taking the bus out to the venue, parking will be available at your hotel. Either way, we've got you covered!

Is there accommodation?

Yes — there’s camping available at the venue for anyone who’d like to stay on-site.

Just bring your own gear and enjoy a night under the stars!

If camping’s not your style, we’ve also reserved room blocks at The Horse and Jockey for your convenience. It’s just a short trip from the venue, and a bus service will be provided to get you to the venue however you will have to find your own way back.

How do we get home at the end of the night?

Guests will need to arrange their own transport home after the celebrations. We’ve informed the local cab company about our wedding, so there should be plenty of taxis available on the night. Just to be safe!

Although it’s mentioned in the accommodation section, just a reminder that you’re very welcome to camp if you’d prefer to stay overnight and not worry about the journey home.

🚌 Getting There

There will be a bus running from the hotel and The Hermitage to the ceremony location.

We’d gently encourage guests to take the bus if possible — while the ceremony spot does have an address, it can be a little tricky to find, and this will hopefully make things smoother for everyone.

If you’re driving, just be sure to double-check directions and give yourself a little extra time between venues. We truly can’t wait to celebrate with you!
